There's a couple of things in the fridge. The first is an unopened bottle of five gallon of whole fat milk; the second is a tiny tub of some medicinal-smelling salve. But perhaps more importantly, you can see another door set into the back. A secret passage?

You should apply some of this salve, I think.

It some kind of medicine?

Smells like it to me, and I have some familiarity with making medicine, I recall.

It's hard to say exactly what the salve will do just from looking at it … but if you happen to smear it on an injury, you'll find that it has healing properties! It's potent enough to completely heal minor cuts and bruises, and take the edge off of anything worse.
