in any case he's dodging (3+2= spd success, +6 effective) that kick by twisting out of the way, and trying to at least stun or delay Aries with a sort-of low-sweep kick to the legs (2+6= str success, +6 damage).
[another successful dodge roll as Aries jumps over the legs, spins and slams another kick toward Loki's face?? if he didn't turn to go after Whisky. 5 damage]

i don't know what hits first the kick to his face or the gunshot to his... we'll say shoulder, but they both hit and he goes down pretty fast
honestly this is. not the best time for negotiations possibly as there's a kind of frantic, mad look in his eyes from the pain and he actually reaches to his shoulder as if to try and heal it, as if he just forgot somehow, but in the middle of scrambling up try and maybe. maybe run, or maybe fight, he looks up at Aries and half-gasps out ]
[ Whisky is still sore and probably has something broken from the literal piano, breathing a bit fast but he looks pleased, at landing the hit; he's reloading the pistol while he has a chance, since it doesn't seem like Loki's in a state to attack back at the moment. ]
