As if I could stop you if you saw a zombie on the other side of that door. You would be heartbroken. We might as well take the offensive.

[ childe laughs. ] You know me too well, Emet-Selch.

You and Vergil. When do you two ever get to have this much fun?

I think it's been a while since we've had a game like this.

I think the last one I can recall is when you threw a toybox at a ghost.

...games have been a real bummer lately, huh?

[ childe just laughs. ] Well I have been bored out of my mind lately. [ going to kick the door down as soon as they've decided conbini. ] Let's get out there and spill some blood.

What else are you going to do, clearly.

I guess those people [ he motions to the wall. ] chose to sit here, bide their time, and pray rescue came. I guess it worked out for them, seeing as there aren't any corpses, but I can't say I'm interested in sitting here and letting myself get swarmed...

I think it'd be a little bit more... fun... to go outside, don't you think? Stretch your legs. Use your swords.

I think you just might be right. As fun as it would be to allow them to swarm the area.

...you have a point. I do think the finale, in that case, would be spectacular, but I hate to admit that I'm a little antsy.

Mm. I would like to keep Alexander safe, at least. The one drawback to such a plan.

I think between the two of us we should be able to keep him safe. Hopefully the sensitIV can pull his weight... [ because otherwise potential insurance policy? look, sometimes you do things to save the people you love. ]
