I guess those people [ he motions to the wall. ] chose to sit here, bide their time, and pray rescue came. I guess it worked out for them, seeing as there aren't any corpses, but I can't say I'm interested in sitting here and letting myself get swarmed...

Mm. I would like to keep Alexander safe, at least. The one drawback to such a plan.

I think between the two of us we should be able to keep him safe. Hopefully the sensitIV can pull his weight... [ because otherwise potential insurance policy? look, sometimes you do things to save the people you love. ]
