The monitor displays a catalogue of pictures of flowers, each with their name, associated meaning, and a checkbox underneath them, along with the option to send those flowers to either group. ]

To uphold a promise of future actions is to make a vow -- a contract, the most sacred of obligations.

Even for the sake of a competition, one shall not stoop to betrayal. To break such an oath is to suffer the most dire of consequences, either in this game, or outside it. It is to perish one way or another, and it is no different whether it be here, or another time.

One would rather endure suffering now for the sake of integrity, than to sacrifice the soul for the sake of a game.

And for those that do choose to break their vows to us, there shall be time and opportunity for revenge once this event has concluded.

Means we definitely walk away a little fucked up, but as far as I'm concerned, that's better than maybe walking away completely fucked up.

And if anyone still decides to trust after that, well, we walk away clean without lying and they get what they fucking asked for.

[ Metal panels on the ceiling slide open, and several blasts of discolored gas are sprayed into the room. Whether or not idols breathe in, it even sinks into their skin.

Idols might cough a little, get whoozy, stumble or fall over, there doesn't seem to be any pain, or any physical punishment—instead, idols may find other consequences waiting for them. Once the air is clear again, the elevator doors in the corner of the room open. ]

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE

[ . . . as soon as idols enter the elevator, a veritable rain of actual flowers just start raining down from the elevator's ceiling. Like, is this a bouquet or an avalanche????
