What a question! Where did any of us come from? Of course, according to the bible there's the whole seven days creation theory but perhaps you're a man of science! What evolutionary path would lead to us as we are now?

Humans from apes but I wonder what demons would be descendants of, in that theory. In a more literal sense of course I must have been born or created at some point, but reaching back, where did my parents originate? And theirs? For generations to the beginning of time, was it even on the planet? Or perhaps if you go back far enough--

ANYWAY, you are now in Rulid Village! It’s a normal village, by which I mean it looks just like the Japanese idea of what a medieval European village should be. There aren’t many people outside at this time of the day.

The main path seems to lead to the main square, and also to the tallest building in the village-- you can see it from where you are, and it looks like a church. You can also go right, or follow the smell of bread.]

My, that is very nice of you to say. If you would like to buy some of our freshly baked bread, you should come in the morning. Most of it disappears around noon.

How people celebrate? I didn't know it could be different in other places.

Here in Rulid, there is music and dancing, and food and drink for everyone. When the Bells of Time-Tolling play the 6PM melody, the Village Elder leads a prayer of Avi Admina, and everyone is free to eat after that. Parties go on until dawn, since they are only held before rest days... Is that any different where you come from?

I'm afraid we are not an important village... We are so close to the End Mountains and the Dark Territory that we don't get many visitors, so there is no place for that, except for the Church.
