Mori's heart

All at once a rainbow of bright lights feels as if it is bursting through you. It is an intense experience, but not an unpleasant one. As the colours burn through your skin, and lighting begins to spark through your veins, you feel stronger, you could take on the world right now.

Faintly in the distance, beyond the iridescent light show that overwhelms your vision, you can just about make out some silhouettes, but they’re too blurred, too indistinct and too far to tell anything about them. You can’t see them, but you know they’re welcoming you. You’re wanted here, you’re needed here, and the light is guiding you where you’re meant to go.

Good. The bunny nods and nips at the end of his hoodie, tugging him along.

Where are we going~?

He's trying to lead you back out of the game, but as he pulls you along something digs into your mind again, not quite whispers, not quite a compulsion, but a heavy weight in your mind.

Bunny ears flick up at attention, as it brings B back into the main arcade room.

You leave the hunger games, now with your new giant bunny friend. The new problem is all the faceless silhouettes of the arcade crowd turned to stare at you in complete silence, despite not having any features you can feel their stares bearing down on you intently.

What's up?

They don't say anything in response. At the edges of the technicolour crowd, however, you can start to see the colour draining from those furthest out. Some of the silhouettes - yellow, blue, black - take a step closer.

Use your words.

They speak in monotone, voices droning together.

"Why..."

Why don't you play..."

"You need to play the game..."

The bunny edges closer to B protectively.

"What do they matter?"

The silhouette closest to you starts turning grey as well.

I more than anyone else am proof that you can be a stubborn fool, get in trouble, and still exist.

[uses his power to change his clothes to full HSS look, one of Mori's outfits]

Here I am in the wrong clothes. The wrong colors. And I've never harmed anyone. I faded and I've returned. I've sidestepped it all. I'm one of the richest idols in Imeeji with a huge fanbase and connections you won't believe.

You're just small fries playing along because you don't know how to stand on your own. So don't think you've room to judge me or anyone else for how they do things.

[goes up to a person and pats their cheek]

Work on your own shit before you judge Mori.

The person falters, a flash of colour spreads out from where you pat.

[grabs them by the shoulders]

More colour splashes! They falter, leaning back.
