Imeeji has given him a weird fondness for dragons, so before he checks out the rest of the room, he's going to spend a moment reverently touching its bones. Don't judge.
After that, he would like to look down each of the three new tunnels. Do any of them have more lights visible at the other end?]
All three tunnels seem to be equally dark. But Cobalt can now hear very faint voices coming from the one behind the dragon, and they're getting closer.]
[...................it occurs to him just now that maybe he's in someone's house, holding a basket of their stuff, looking a lot like a robber. oops?
Before the voices have a chance to get here, Cobalt's going to hurry back for his glowing grass (while taking a note of the tunnel's position relative to the orientation of the dragon skull), put the grass in the basket, and hide behind one of these big crystals.]
[You see... monsters. There's three of them, and one is much bigger than the others. Their hunched frames are stout and stocky, with abnormally long arms and gleaming claws.]
“...But by the time we get there, there’ll be nothing left.”
“You can keep the tree carver for yourselves. I'll take my chances at the village.”
"Whoa, thank you boss."
[They seem to be heading in the direction Cobalt first came from...]
[ uuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh he sure hopes they're talking about gambling or something like that, but he has a bad feeling.
Do the three monsters seem to be carrying lanterns or anything as they head down the tunnel toward the exit?
As soon as it seems safe to do so, he's going to swiftly steal back to the mouth of the tunnel where they came from. Any other voices/reinforcements down there?]
The tunnel they come from seems to be clear... no... no, wait, those are steps. But it sounds like they belong to only one person. Or monster. Someone is in a hurry not to miss their, uh, gambling session!]
The monster takes the tunnel that was originally to the right, instead of... the one it should have taken. Well... At least this makes your choice of where to go easier?!]
He's still next to the tunnel where all the goblins originally came from. Before he leaves, he listens for more stragglers. Are there any noises or lights coming from down there at all?]
The only thing Cobalt hates more than the dark is being outside in the dark, so he is going to jog back along this road while keeping an eye out for goblins. Maybe he'll catch up to them. He's using Quick as a Wink so his jogging speed is currently pretty brisk.]

[^ At least for as long as he can keep this basket on him!]

And then it scrambles to get up to follow the others. But. It stops. And looks around.

And now you are back at the cave entrance! There are no goblins in sight, but the sun is setting. It seems darkness has taken a liking to you.]
