When the game starts, you find something grabbing onto your ankle and dragging you under the ballpit until you find yourself sitting on a disco floor platform with your team. It is only being held up by eleven balloons.

You make decisions on a cool arcade machine where you can SELECT A TEAM'S BALLOON. If a character is blind or has no hands or smth, you can assume things can be read to you and you can automatically pick through your speech. Thanks, Alexa.

[ Shu gives him a sideways glance like— what are you doing— but does not pull away or fight it. He lets his head fall onto Baron's shoulders and remain that way, so he does not need to meet anyone's eyes. ]

[ Perfect. He can hold you close to him like this, shove his face into your hair and hold you close to remind himself that you're still alive and breathing and that you're okay ]

[ This close, Baron can feel that Shu is trembling for all that he has been trying very hard to keep it together. but this is an improvement over the eerie dissociative behavior earlier, his form entirely limp then. For all that this is not a reality he wishes to face, he is still here, facing it. ]

[ Yes, he can feel that which makes him wraps his arms around you a little tighter, just so you know he's there. He shoves his face into your hair again and just basically tries to fuse himself to you. ]

[ For all that he pushed him away earlier, he accepts it now. If Shu is crying, with Baron as his shield, the world will not need to know save for the small damp splotches that might not yet be dry when they hit end game.

Hopefully they will still be alive, such that the salt-water will not be ignored in favor of blood-stains. ]

[ He will be your shield. And he will continue to hold onto you in an almost desperate manner because he does not want to lose you. So his entire body is wrapped around you in some form.
