[ The water begins to bubble, rising up and up in the bowl like a fountain, until it spills out of the bowl in waves, soaking into the dirt and around them. Still, though it overflows, the bowl seems no less empty than before - and the water climbs up and up and up, until the fountain becomes the gentle waterfall of a small stream no bigger than the circumference of the bowl. Through the waterfall, you can see -

Behind them you can catch the vague shape of something, though you'll largely see the lights illuminating it from underneath a bevelled stone indent in the ground. Currently, the lights are a dull, constant red. If you squint you can see a glimpse of the wall behind; on it are hieroglyphs, unreadable to you. ]
