The floor, walls, and ceiling are all metal, and the only furnishings are a large television-sized touchscreen monitor and a massive pane of glass cutting through the room, separating Wire from the rest of the unit. You can beat against the glass as much as you like, but it won't break. Both the touchscreen monitor and the elevator doors are on the same side of the room as everyone but the hostage.

Once Mukuro finishes his intro spiel, the monitor display switches to a catalogue of pictures of flowers, each with their name, associated meaning, and a checkbox underneath them: ]

It's not so difficult to parse. They took our memories and have thus already proven they have the ability to alter us against our will. Furthermore, they've demonstrated complete control over the physical appearance of this place time and again.

There's no specific clue as to the intention here, but it's clear they mean to make some further "change," either cosmetic or external, to Nathan if we fail to win this rigged game of theirs.

[He knows that, he KNOWS, a threat like this means something bad and their captors have perfectly demonstated their power to play with them as they like. Mori thinks of their memories, of all the abilities they can gain and the dangers they pose, of all the impossible things these people have done to their team.

He thinks of everyone walking home, covered in blood, Hiryuu too terrified to enter the room and Nathan sitting there motionless.

It's no good. He can't calm down, he can't stop trembling, and the thought that it's going to happen again right in front of him makes tears prick at the corner of his eyes.]

W-We can't, let that happen.

[ She can imagine what he's thinking about. This is his first time present for these games, after all: he's only been there for the aftermath before. Of course he'd be terrified. She's going to bring him in for a hug, for all the good it will do. ]

Mori shudders, a sob breaking through as he wraps his arms around Hiryuu tight, burying his face in her hair. He doesn't want to cry, he feels pathetic for crying, but the tears won't stop.]

[No it's fine he's just a crybaby just let him cry it out.]

[ just gonna let him do that then. god knows she has done her own! fair share! of crying like a baby lately, and over lesser things. ]
