[ The room is BRIGHT YELLOW, as all the rooms you will enter are. Black tiles make up the floor, changing to your unit's color when pressure is placed on them. There is a button in the very center of the room standing on a podium; it's slightly smaller than palm-sized.]

Wednesday vs Azalea

She looks sad, but there's also a stubborn set to her jaw and expression.
Also like, she's carrying a sword. Though not in a super threatening way.]
... It's you.

[And she is. She really, really is--
[It's just not touching her like the last time. If N was prepared to rock-paper-scissors himself to death, for her sake... doesn't she owe it to him to carry on?]
But... I don't want to lose here, either.

Griffin hadn't tested her just for her to fail here. LiliS could very well be counting on her.]
I'd expect nothing less. But... I, too, can't give in here.
[She's only got one trick up her sleeves and she's gonna use it as many times as it takes! Which is why Wednesday will find herself suddenly blind.
Azalea's going right for the button.]

O-okay.
[She's thrown for--
[-- maybe half a second, but here's the catch: she's already living - and moving, and thinking - at four times the speed. By the time her vision starts to blur, she's already at the podium, and by that point it's too late to matter that she can't see a thing. All she has to do is fall over it and, with her whole body to make the hit, she can't miss.
[It hurts a little as it digs into her ribs.]
Sorry--!
[She straightens. Stares blindly ahead.
[Later. She'l let herself feel the guilt of it later.
[She has to survive.]

She didn't throw the match--that's something she thinks at least when, in a split second, Wednesday has gone from right in front of her to at the button.
... She made a bad opening move, right? That's what it comes down to.
She's scared of what's to come, but she can blame nobody but herself for this failure. And LiliS--
Wednesday doesn't get a response.]
Hallucinations - Azalea
Floating, floating, all the way down until your feet touch down with surprising gentleness in a shallow pool of water. You can move your limbs, but there is nothing to feel. All that surrounds you is the empty dark. —Empty, that is, until a vast clock suddenly illuminates above you like a cruel moon, causing your eyes to lose focus as they adjust to the obnoxiously bright light. But that’s something, isn’t it—something you can finally do. You reach above you, grasping at the massive long hand of the clock until its edges cut into your palms; until it breaks away and you’re left holding it like a strange ornate glaive. Finally, you’re—
—Useless. The clock is still ticking, its glowing face replaced by red numbers that begin to count down before you. Faster and faster. The tick of each passing second resonates in your ears, louder and louder, until they throb. And then, at last, you know what this is.
You have to hurry. You have no time.
You have no time.
You have no time. Your chest begins to hurt because at last you know what this is. It is a countdown: a countdown of how much longer you have to live. The light is so bright it’s almost painful—bright enough for you to look down and see your reflection. What stares back is an image that haunts your mind.
You have to get away and live your life.
But you can’t move. Your feet are rooted in place, now, as the pool of water freezes over. You can feel the ice creep up your skin; feel it crack as you, too, begin to freeze—searing pain followed by a terrible numb that is somehow even worse. You want to cry out—it’s not fair. You want to live, you were willing to do anything to live. You see those dead, frozen bodies around you now that the clock has at last fully illuminated this cold world. You see the clock hand glaive in your hands, coated in frost and streaked with blood. You were so willing to destroy all of them for your own sake.
You have to live.
