1. She sees her opponent is wearing pink; that's an ally.
2. She abruptly fucking doubles over, multiple wounds ripping themselves open in her chest and legs, and sinks to one knee, gasping in shallow, wet breathes and wrapping an arm around her midsection.
Her blood is thick black with a sheen like an oilslick, and she only gets enough air in her lungs to gurgle out, snarling; ]

The second he's close enough, despite her wounds, she takes her crocodile form and immediately swings her jaws towards him-- any part of him. She doesn't care.
This one hurt her, no one's allowed to hurt her, he has to die. ]

He's got pretty good reflexes, so he's immediately trying to dodge, but his shoulder's still going to get caught-- he slams his free hand against the jaws to try to numb her as much as possible and see if that's at all enough to disorient her into letting go.]

Her grip remains clenched, and her body tense, but for a moment she doesn't move at all. ]

It's already over! I'll heal whoever you want, so let go!
[But if he feels that grip begin to tighten anymore, he's just going to rip her injuries right back open.]

Slowly, so slowly, she manages to get those squat little legs under her enough to push herself up the couple more inches into standing, and lift her head-- her jaws still tight against his arm and shoulder--
And she slams him down against the ground, twisting her body with the momentum to rip. ]

And it's slower, this time, when she lurches forward to try to close her jaws over his head. ]

unfortunately that just means those teeth are sinking into his neck and shoulder instead. This was a really great idea, clearly.]

he's too big to swallow whole and she's tiring fast, from bloodloss and numbness, so. she's content("content") to just bleed him out.
