Oh, devout... well, I get the impression plenty of the British elite consider themselves to be devout Christians, whatever that means to them. I'd ask one of them for you, but they're of a bit mixed opinions on me and my spouse.
Well, Lady Jane over there I believe considers herself quite devout. There's also a man in the Gentlemen's Lounge belowdecks who I believe considers himself as bringing proper Christian civilization to the benighted.
