[ When you insert the key and open the door, you'll find the room inside looks like the living room of a mansion. There are several doors, but one in particular stands out to you: it is ornately decorated, the very door's wood itself carved beautifully with gold etched in to make luxurious patterns depicting what looks like the sky and the wind blowing through the grasslands. Though the door is closed, you can see through it—as if it's somewhat transparent.

The room is painted baby blue and a gold-plated cradle sits in the room. Inside, a baby cries - high pitched and noisy, though immediately a nurse comes in to rock the child back to sleep. ]

[ Slowly, the scene changes, fading in and out with various silent scenes—the baby sits up, trying to climb out of her cradle; a little toddler dressed prettily with expensive clothes beams pleasantly; a tantrum, thrown by the little girl who's distressed; the little girl holding a puppy, pleased as punch; then the wall becomes opaque. ]

[ In the middle of the open doorway, a young girl the age of 10 sits on a chair, smiling at you. a golden retriever is curled up beside her.

This is your little girl. you couldn't help spoiling her, honestly - after all, she's a noble too, and she should like to become a princess as well. She deserves it! But you also know, with how your history's gone, she's going to have to work to get to the top. Still, you have faith in her - she's your girl, after all. ]

You find yourself in a moral dilemma. . . your daughter confides in you there is a bully in her class who is giving a hard time to a few of her classmates. She is unaffiliated with her bullied classmates, however it seems the teacher is not taking any action. She is thinking about taking on the bully herself, but the bully is also twice her size and much, much stronger than she is.

What do you do?

[ These good boys decide to talk over with their daughter about how she should try talking with the teacher, and if that doesn't work, talking with the principal about what she's witnessing. In the meantime, making friends with the kids being bullied to show the bully that those kids aren't alone and bullying isn't appreciated. Size doesn't matter as much if there's a lot of people standing together. ]

[ Also making sure that she can defend herself if the bully starts to pick on her, if she needs to. Don't be the one to start a fight, but do be the one to finish it and all that. ]

[Regardless of whether or not any of this works, Ace is going to try and figure out who the bully is and, when Gold and their daughter are busy (probably playing volleyball), disguise himself and waylay the bully in an isolated place to put the Fear of God in them, making liberal use of Living Forge to intimidate.

The general thrust of his threat is that the child has been mean to their classmates and that is not nice. And if they don't start being nicer than Ace is going to put all these magic knives to good use on the naughty child. The sharpness of said knives will be demonstrated on a chunk of hair or bookbag or basically something noticeable but that won't do any harm. This time.

Then he will let the bully go to see if they will mend their ways.

Your daughter decides to talk to the teachers and the principal - fortunately, due to her class (and due to your power and monetary weight) the teachers do start cracking down on bullying.

Fortunately, you intimidated the bully so now the bully does not even want to mess with you or your daughter ever again, and so mends their ways.

Your daughter learns that there is strength in numbers, and that while she is powerful and wealthy, she can be even more powerful if she has people to do her bidding. Working together . . . yeah . . . that's what it's called.

The bully is shut down - curbstomped, even, from how terrified they are of Ace - becomes the pariah of the class, becoming someone who is bullied by everyone now.

It could be that the teacher can't do anything until a formal complaint is put forward.

Not really, her power is pretty limited I'd say. That bullying kid may also just have never had someone go up against them, or used to getting their way because of their parents. There's a lot of factors going on here.

What should we tell her to say?

Maybe try going through official channels with the teacher and principal? In the meanwhile, we could teach her how to defend herself, and she could spend time with the people getting bullied so that the bully isn't able to catch anyone alone.

It takes time to learn, though... I don't want her to be bullied until she's good enough.

Maybe if she can hurt the bully another way? Like turn their friends against them or something... She's smart, I'm sure she'll think of something.

There must be some way. Like tricking them into getting into trouble with the teacher. Real trouble.

But if the teacher's ignoring this level of trouble, what kind of trouble would it take to get the teacher to act?

I don't know... I guess we can't do much other than ask her to report the bullying. And secretly teach her how to handle the bully in the meantime.

Yeah... it'd be good if she's got the confidence and ability to stand up for herself and others, but she should always try going through the official channels first.
