[ When you insert the key and open the door, you'll find the room inside looks like the living room of a mansion. There are several doors, but one in particular stands out to you: it is ornately decorated, the very door's wood itself carved beautifully with gold etched in to make luxurious patterns depicting what looks like the sky and the wind blowing through the grasslands. Though the door is closed, you can see through it—as if it's somewhat transparent.

The room is painted baby blue and a gold-plated cradle sits in the room. Inside, a baby cries - high pitched and noisy, though immediately a nurse comes in to rock the child back to sleep. ]

I think we should do what Gold said and give her an allowance so she can learn how to manage money and also who she gives it to.

Maybe she should find some buddies that it's tougher to win over. If somebody's chomping at the bit to be your friend, then okay, but if you have to convince them to befriend you, they're probably gonna have a different perspective, right?

Cynical, but it'd probably take care of the people bitching the kid's getting too bullied. If she can deal with 'im, why not?

Sure. Like, if there's other people she wants to become friends with, that works too. Honestly she should be the most popular person in school with that much charm. No one should be talking shit about her.

I don't think being charming makes you immune to rumors.

If they were charmed enough then none of the rumors'd have any teeth to 'em. Maybe she should try to befriend more people. Start a volleyball team, if she's so hot to make Gold happy.

Won't she need a team to play against, though. Should we make Gold teach a rival school how to play??

What about an allowance, for the freeloader problem? Our daughter needs better friends.

What does she actually need money for? If we cut her off totally she'll realize the freeloaders aren't going to return any favors.

Snacks and stuff...? She's ten.

I don't mind teaching her the hard way, but we should probably figure out a way to present it so she doesn't hate us.

She's ten, she'll get over it. Maybe if she does well we can reward her.

We had pretty good success when we rewarded her for training her doggy well.

What are we rewarding her for, though. Making better friends??

Or, is it like a test, can she make friends if she doesn't have money to help her... So it's like a competition, I think she'll like that.
