HEARTFORGE - Heart Soldier Senshi (Session 5)
You are in the heart of a massive forge. In front of you are tools, and your objective is clear - to use them to channel the strength of your heart and create.
What are you creating? Who can say. Only you - and only you'll know if - and when, it's good enough. The stories before you are not yours right now, but you'll make them yours soon enough.
And you will survive.

ROUND 1
STORY
All they knew was that they had to fight against {memory/event1}. That they had to steel their heart against {emotion3}, and throw themself into the struggle.
It was for the sake of the others. It was for the sake of the others. It was for the sake of the others. That's all that matters. That's all that matters. That's all that matters.
That's how they lived. And how they died. For the sake of those who dragged them up onto the pedestal, and for the sake of those forced to hold that pedestal up. One night, those people {memory/event2}. And after that, {memory/event3}. And then it was over. Was it worth it?
You may also share additional memories/events or emotions independent of the story to bolster your object.
TURN-IN
TURN-IN
Once upon a time, there was a brave warrior. Or maybe they were a leader, or weapon, or all of the above - it doesn't matter. All that matters is that they wanted to help people.
All they knew was that they had to fight against annihilation. That they had to steel their heart against selfishness, and throw themselves into the struggle.
One night, those people made the ultimate sacrifice. And after that, vanished. And then it was over. Was it worth it?

ROUND 2
STORY
This time, they do not just tell you a story. They also tell you what you are facing. What you must overcome. What you must protect them - and yourself from. If your hearts are not strong enough...
...You will suffer. ]
People got hurt. But I still couldn't stop. You know that, right? It's all because of solidarity. It's all because you need to stand up to face something, even though you don't know if you're strong enough. It's all because -
You'll forgive me, right? I just need someone to forgive me. Please, that's all I need. Just once, before tomorrow. Before it's all over...! Before I have to face what I've done!
I fought. Every day I fought. Every day, all for pleasure. And now, I'm nothing more than corrupted.
This is Heavenrend, a legendary meteor. It is forged from a heart that contains great rapture and regret. It is engraved with an image of an idol fighting against the gods even though they know they cannot win. It exudes an alluring aura, inhabited by a spirit of corruption.
TURN-IN
Pleasure
[This memory is another snippet of Hurricane fighting those same creatures from before, but this time it's not nearly so upbeat]
[He and Nemesis and their old team are hurt and exhausted and barely upright. Backup isn't coming]
[But they're still going, because it's what they have to do]
Corruption
This is countered with the memory of a corrupting being split into two pieces - one being the corrupted piece and one piece remembering their life/promises/duties and assisting Traveler, Zhongli and friends in defeating the corruption.
In the end, they are able to say their goodbyes before the remaining fragment peacefully departs. ]
Fighting against the gods
Not recommended.
Morax has a 6,000 winning streak. Best to find an alternative solution. ]
What I've Done
[Sometimes people just die - she did nothing particularly wrong, you did nothing noticeably right - and all you can do about it is watch, and weep, and walk away.]
Face something.../know they cannot win
[This is a journey through which that they can win, right? All they needed was a plan, something he's rather specialized in.
This memory gives that idea form. The Scions are helping devise a means to put an aether burner's operation into motion. Alphinaud calls in a few favors from all of the people they've helped in their time together.]
Solidarity
[Solidarity... or lack there of.
This memory has the Scions journeying through Garlemald to find fuel for warmth, only for it to be snatched from them to be used for magitek weapons and the twins put in prison. If anyone has seen Alphinaud's memory of the twins in prison already, this is right before that.]

Corruption
This is the ending to the story of Azhdaha - an earth elemental that Zhongli brought to the surface and was companions with for many millennia. 500 years ago Azhdaha succumbed to erosion and Zhongli sealed him away for the good of Liyue.
Present day - Azhdaha awoke intending to get vengeance on Zhongli and Liyue. However, alongside his corrupted half, another piece of Azhdaha awoke. Though lacking memories, he found Zhongli and proceeded to protect Zhongli and his companions when they fought against the corrupted piece. Even with all that had transpired, it was the strength of their bond that overcame the corruption and allowed Azhdaha to finally reach a sense of peace.
This clip is the confrontation between both pieces of Azhdaha. ]
In the end, Azhdaha asked me to seal him to spare Liyue. But rarely do such deeds find their ways to the tales of history.

What I've Done
[Sometimes, there really isn't anything you can do about it. A missed step. A poor footing. A sudden rainstorm, a laggardly cart chocobo, an ill-chosen path. And luck, or the lack of it - just dumb luck. Sometimes, things just go wrong.
[Sometimes people just die.]
