Hurricane's access to Heroes Never Die is magically disabled right before a scythe appears in the genie's hands and swings for his neck. the genie vanishes once more, and the words "GAME OVER" flash above Hurricane's decapitated body as it crumples to the ground. ]

Pink is compelled to revive him ASAP and Hurricane's access to Heroes Never Die is restored ]
