Castle Game: Heart Soldier Senshi

[Suddenly, you hear the wailing of a horn. Outside, tension is turning to panic. You can't see anything, but you can hear people gathering up their things, sobbing in fear or speaking in harsh whispers. A lone voice calls from the distance:

The enemy approaches!

Upon the map, an unfamiliar geography appears -- several small nations, clustered together. Outside of them, an endless sea of enemy forces, identified only by a symbol of a cracked skull. Each of the small nations is marked with a flag in one unit's colour, and a tiny model of a castle.

You are at war. How will you protect your people and yourself?

They must have, to have come out that low....

[ because they should have been given three in the last round--and they also gave one, but they only would have known they had three to give. So someone had to have taken it. ]

Why would someone steal from someone else who was already in such a dire situation?

There's always a couple who don't mind playing hard.

Zero, though...

...Since the end of Round 1, they've had 0. Which means that they also gave everything they had in the first round, and if they received any gifts at that point it also got stolen.

At least some units must feel it's already better to steal from a unit that is seems doomed anyway.
