... I get it, you know? I've loved an angel for countless centuries, but both of us are "bad" so we had to be "punished". At first, it was me, trapped in a sword for so long that I forgot that I was ever anything else, and then she led a rebellion, and her soul was cursed to be sealed in a human body, live short and violent lives, and then be reincarnated in the same way again.
It was a long, long time before I knew about it all, and before I could see her again. She didn't remember me in any of her lives, but eventually it all came back. So...
What I'm saying is that if we were important to each other, it'll come back. Not now, maybe. And I don't know how, but people who are important to each other don't just forget and move on, you know?

Don't underestimate yourself just because you don't got wings. We're really not any more or less anything than humans, and the same thing applies to humans just as much as to me. I just ain't storytellin' with them cuz it ain't my place to. Not my story.
[He goes over to Pink then, clapping a hand on his shoulder and giving it a reassuring squeeze. He's probably not qualified to do any more any way, but really.. He's always fond of humans, and the kind who yell about "not being good at love" especially.
After that, he just goes and takes a seat, leaning back and folding one leg over the other.]
For the record though, I'm not gonna have any hard feelings about this. I just think that you and I both know that you didn't have to play the murder card. Maybe the other ones were worse somehow, and I respect you at least facing your victim, but in the end you're still killing a guy over a game where the prize is essentially money.
I'm gonna expect a smoke and a drink to make it up to me. So maybe like. One hard feeling.
