• You're wearing either a butler outfit or a maid outfit—whichever one you would be most comfortable in.
• The goal, should your character choose to acknowledge it, is to "pretend to be a servant" and explore as many rooms as possible—this is innate knowledge. Exploring is the same as Betrayal—rooms aren't traditionally "exploradora'd" but instead "entered and now you engage with an item or NPC or event."
• That's right, this is kinda Betrayal! You have stats and will be prompted to roll dice on many occasions. To roll dice: type .roll xD3-x into #dicebot on discord, where x is the stat you're rolling for. For example, attempting a Sanity roll if you have 2 Sanity means you're inputting .roll2D3-2.
• Taking damage is a little different—here you will fill in boxes on the stat sheet when you take damage. If you take 1 damage, you'll fill in the first box in the bar. Take some more damage? Fill in another. If all four boxes of either bar are filled (including the skull,) you are not KILLED but instead punished. While you can suffer minor injury and annoyance while traversing the mansion, these particular punishments tend to be much crueler.
• Your stat sheets are here and, as an fyi, your unit powers are on.
NOTE: This mansion is not the House of Mirth—it's a mansion, but not that mansion.
You awaken in the Tea Room. Bright light fills this tiny space from the large bay window occupying the entire back wall. Hot cups of tea and small sandwiches are being enjoyed by a few of the maids who look one, like Silence with different hairstyles, and two, none-too-bothered to have you join their company.
You awaken in the Summoning Room. It is dark, and lit by melting candles that flicker sporadically. Before you are several individuals in red hooded cloaks, standing around you. Outlining the floor you lay on is a burnt hexagram. A wicked cheshire grin appears from the shadows of one's face—you can also make out a knife in her hand.
You are not bound, and you are not without a means of escape--there is a gap in the crowd surrounding you, just before the door.
You come to in the Graveyard. As one would expect from such a place, everything is dead: the plants, the grass, and anything buried beneath the simplistic grave markers. There are no signs of any inscriptions. You get the feeling that whoever arranged this decided they didn't deserve a message. You don't really have time to consider that, if you even had.
You pull yourself free--realizing just in time that it wasn't quick sand, but a bunch of hands reaching and grabbing for you. That gravestone made some great leverage.
From everywhere around you, and from nowhere at all, a voice laughs.
"Ehhhh, not ready to die so soon, Talon? That's some guts!"
You have entered the Servant's Quarters. It looks more like a dormitory, with many single beds lined along either wall, dotted with end tables and chests. There are a handful of maids, all resembling Silence with different haircuts and hairstyles, folding their linens and going through those chests at the foot of their beds.
You enter the Ballroom, which is colossal. Who would've thought they'd keep one by the graveyard. It could use some love though. The wallpaper is peeling, and the blood-stained floor is dusted with dirt. The light is dim, annoyingly flickering from time to time.
...in spite of this, several many plain-looking mannequins spin across the floor.
The music stops, and a laugh from all around you and nowhere all the same floods the room. If you try to call out or look around, you will find your voice and footsteps fall on deaf ears. Everything falls silent.
You enter the Hallway. It's like most other hallways in mansions, adorned with ornate decorations that people only notice in passing, and more of those maids carousing through.
Before you the floorboards slowly creak as a pair of dusty footsteps appear, and seem to approach you. Just as it seems like they might reach you, they disappear.
You feel a cold chill pass through you, as though there's an icy grip on your heart. For a moment everything is still, until you bring yourself to your senses. The maids are all looking at you funny...

Talon frowns uneasily, stepping cautiously into the room and eyeing the mannequins warily. ]
Re: Ballroom
There's nothing remarkable about their faces or forms, but you'll find that they dance very stiffly. Like a repetitive and unimaginative music box.
...along the wall across the room you spot a maid who looks like Silence, discreetly trying to wave you over.
