Hm, it looks like if we damage the hatches they turn into pits...

I suppose if we want to be, uh, efficient and a little mean about it, we can place some traps near where people start to immediately hamper them.

So we could use traps to create pits and maybe control how people move around the map better...

[nodding] Near starting points makes sense and I'm not sure I'm worried about playing nice this time around. It might be obvious, but if it works then who cares. Besides that we might want to rig areas near the objectives that they'll feel secure moving through, I think? Just a thought though since we have limited points to spend.

Hmm, if we have points to spare then we can do that. I was thinking putting banana peels next to the start point on the map on both sides, and then putting some other traps nearby. That way they'll either be force back to where they started, into a pit, or hopefully into a trap.

I'm thinking a banana peel and bear trap on the left side path next to the pit, since if someone goes there they basically have to go straight down and don't have any other way through. And for the right side...there are a bunch of pillars, so we can knock those down and block the path.

I guess the only thing to keep in mind is that if we totally block off all paths to an objective, then they'll remove one of the objects on the map on the next run to make sure it's not a completely impossible scenario.

Right, so creating a total barrier might work against us later... Still, front-loading our traps near the start sounds good. I just think that we might want to put a trap or two near the other objectives in case they somehow make it through. The surplus of traps at the start might mean that if they get past them they'll feel a false sense of security we can play on.

Hmm, I'll put one at the objective around the bottom left, since I just noticed if someone falls into the pit they could end up right next to it.

We might want to hope no one manages to head towards the bottom, since almost all our budget went to traps around thee top half of the map.

We put banana peels near the start and then chain them into other traps to make leaving the starting point as annoying an experience as possible.
