Pokemon: The Outskirts of Town

On the outskirts of town you'll find large plots of land, each with a sign with your unit in front. They look like they'd be perfect for cultivating gardens--perhaps from those fruit trees you saw before. There's even space enough that you can build your unit's Pokemon a shelter to live in. There's also a scenic outdoor onsen with tiered pools carved out of the sides of another hill perfect for enjoying a relaxing soak after a hard day spent playing and working.

[ gabite pops out of the water and spits some at hurricane and koosh, effectively messing up his hair. play with me! then he disappears under the water again... but since it's clear it's plainly obvious where he is. ]

Is it bad form to splash at an onsen? It's probly bad form to splash at an onsen.

[He does it anyway, cupping his hands and making a mini wave headed toward Gabite.]

[Koosh gets in on the action, too, spreading his wings and splashing with those.]

PFT. I don't see a sign telling us not to splash, but also... who's going to enforce it. [ she laughs and helps hurricane and koosh in splashing gabite. ]

[ gabite ducks back under the surface to avoid the onslaught, moving away, but then immediately jetting toward them! he springs up and cuts through the water with his fin arms, which immediately sends a small tidal wave in their direction. ]

Oh no, the dreaded Sharknami!

Man, and here we are without even a boat to climb up on.

I don't even think a boat could have saved us.

[ gabite seems pleased and stops, casually swimming back over to join them in... what has essentially become a small wave pool. ]

[Koosh immediately splooshes up to Gabite and attempts to preen him.]

Man, RIP us. I seen this movie, no way we're getting a good ending.

[ gabite, once again, seems a bit confused, but eventually settles down in the water to let koosh preen him. ]

Not unless Sharknami over there decides to show us mercy... though it looks like Koosh might have calmed the beast down. [ laughs. ]

Gabite. [ he's going to dunk himself back underwater ( sorry koosh! ) and it might not be completely obvious, but he's evolving under there. you guys think you have enough badges to train him, well think again! ]

[ gabite has evolved into garchomp! he springs up and splashes more water on everybody! ]
