Pokemon: The Shopping District

Once you've left behind the quaint little houses where everyone lives, you'll reach the shopping district. Here you'll find all kinds of restaurants and whether it's a cute cafe with desserts and drinks or a fancy place with four-star, four course menus both people and Pokemon are welcome. There are also a number of salon, costume, and toy shops catering solely to Pokemon so you can dress and pamper your partner properly. You can also procure raw items and tools to build and decorate those homes for your Pokemon from a number of the shops in the area.

Everything has its pros and cons. Anything can be used to create a certain mood or reaction.

While I favor pastel skirt suits because of our unit aesthetic, I'd be just as comfortable in anything else if need be. And what "looks nice" is based more on what's conventionally accepted than any opinion of my own.

I'm gonna be honest? Not having an identity seems like it's like, stupidly overcomplicated.

I fully encourage those like Silence or Maki, who are trying to find new ways to define themselves, but it's not something I personally need.

If I end up elsewhere tomorrow and I have a job waiting for me, it won't matter, anyway.

But beyond staying on-brand, maintaining unit functionality and happiness and boosting the morale of the population, I don't have any set goals, so my judgement call is to remain on mostly good terms and keep myself in work-ready condition.

If you're worried about whether or not I care about you, I do. The happiness of my unitmates is important to me. [ it just doesn't extend to herself, but no one actually cares about that and she doesn't want them to ]

The lack of interest in my personal sense of self has no impact on that, so there's no need to worry about it.
