Pokemon: The Shopping District
Once you've left behind the quaint little houses where everyone lives, you'll reach the shopping district. Here you'll find all kinds of restaurants and whether it's a cute cafe with desserts and drinks or a fancy place with four-star, four course menus both people and Pokemon are welcome. There are also a number of salon, costume, and toy shops catering solely to Pokemon so you can dress and pamper your partner properly. You can also procure raw items and tools to build and decorate those homes for your Pokemon from a number of the shops in the area.

I suppose I did want a kinder world, so... I can't argue with that.
[ she's not terribly subtle; she's clearly mentally connecting the dots between "husband bad feelings" and "and then I was on a personal mission to kill bad men." ]

[definitely noticing that]
...I, ah, like to think that it made even a little difference, in the end.

Maybe it's just what I've been exposed to, but I feel like all the petty fiefdoms and border squabbles in the Hundred Kingdoms bring out the worst in people. So many small-time tyrants.

...but having one, ah, lord is no solution, either.

The world feels like as much of a mess as this place, honestly, when I think about what I can remember. Sometimes more so.

What do you do, apart from—well. What I already tried.

...I know my husband wants to, ah, unite the Hundred Kingdoms under his banner, but I also know that cannot be allowed.

I more, er, meant in terms of his personality, though.

[ she digs into her shopping bag, and pulls out a ball to wave at Simha. ]
He'll at least have competition, since it seems that the Walker isn't the only Deathlord to try and lay claim to the Hundred Kingdoms, and I'm sure there's more besides. ...would that any with the ambition could be relied upon to rule well, though, and I don't know that any can.

[does hellpuppy want to chase a ball? does he??]
I doubt that any with that, ah, ambition would rule well.
...or what will, ah, come from their conflicts.

It sort of—begs the question of what can be done. L...Lark believes, and perhaps she too has the power of the Sun behind her, so there may be something to it, but what kind of peace is possible?

...and the, ah, shape that it would take, too.
