Pokemon: Downtown

This is where people come to play it seems. The Battle Arena, where you can challenge your friends, rivals, or anyone really, sits side-by-side the town's Pokemon Center where you can get your Pokemon healed for free after a rousing battle. You and your Pokemon partner (even your entire unit!) can star in short plays to be aired at the movie theater or even beauty pageants showcasing their new hair-cuts and clothes. There's a karaoke bar, a small theme park, an arcade.

[After riding on top of Maki's head all the way there, Stufful finally jumps down when they reach the arena, though she still doesn't seem particularly interested in warming up, and just sits on one side of the arena looking cute and not at all imposing.

Maki gives a dubious look before giving them some space.]

Yeah... it makes them look even smaller. I guess some of the other Pokemon are really big...

[Pulls out her phone to properly flip through her pokedex]

I wonder how big these little guys'll get.

[After finishing a lap around the arena, Riolu comes running to Griffin - and they give each other a double high five! It's the cutest!!!]

You up for it? You feelin' good?

[BARK!]

[That's very cute... it makes Maki a little self conscious of how she and Stufful are both just standing still several feet apart. But she just huffs.]
