You enter a dark chapel. The only lighting comes from flickering candles on either sides of the aisles and pews, as well as what shines through the stained glass window depicting iris flowers. A more solid silhouette tends to the altar underneath the stained glass window.

Hello! Are you the Priest?

[You cannot see the person's features, but you get the sense they're smiling kindly in your direction.]

Hm, I wonder. Why is it so dark in here, anyway? Do you just like it being dark?

Typically I light the place if I am holding a sermon, but I personally find comfort in the dark. I assumed most would be occupied with the other events, so I thought I'd keep this place quiet and away from the, ah... glamor and glitz, as it were.

[Still, they pause, peering at him a little.]

I can't help but notice... those jewels attached to your badge. Are you aware of what, exactly, those are?

Absolutely no clue! I'm still working out all the metaphors going on in this place.

But I'm assuming it has something to do with something I saw...?

[Their tone turns grim.]

It is a cursed fragment. If left in this world, they'll surely cause destruction...

However, I am a man of the cloth. If you should gather up any more cursed fragments, bring them all to me and I can destroy them once and for all.

You surely noticed the golden door in the main hall, no? I hold the key to it - once you have collected more fragments, come see me. I will give you the key to that door in exchange for the fragments. The world's salvation is surely worth a single key.
